Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ms T. Murphy

The course has both practical and theory elements. Topics include:

Societal influences on physical activity and the implications for self and others.  

The body and its reaction to physical active movement.  

Quality performance of movement. 

Interpersonal skills and their impacts on others in physical contexts including the outdoors.  

16 NCEA L1 credits, all Internal.

Course Costs: 

Costs for activities off site will be sought, approx. $80.
